Terms of Service

1. Parties and Definitions

"Company" refers to Practice Growth Weekly LLC, a limited liability company, operating the Disc Renewal Academy program under the brand name Disc Renewal Academy at discrenewalacademy.com.

"Member" or "You" refers to the individual or entity that has enrolled in and made payment for a Disc Renewal Academy membership.

"Program" refers to the Disc Renewal Academy membership, including all associated content, community access, coaching calls, and materials.

"Membership Tier" refers to either the Launch to Success or Scale to Elite membership level selected at enrollment.

2. Membership Tiers and Pricing

Disc Renewal Academy offers the following membership options:

Launch to Success — Monthly

• $1,697.00 USD per month, billed monthly
• Month-to-month subscription, no fixed term
• Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice

Launch to Success — Annual Plan (12-Month Installment)

• Total commitment: $20,000.00 USD
• Billed as 12 monthly installments of $1,667.00 USD
• This is a 12-month membership commitment. By enrolling in this plan, you agree to the full $20,000.00 obligation regardless of cancellation or non-use
• Access is provided for the full 12-month period provided payments remain current
• The subscription terminates automatically after 12 successful payments
• No further charges are made after the 12th payment

Scale to Elite — Monthly

• $4,197.00 USD per month, billed monthly
• Month-to-month subscription, no fixed term
• Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Stripe on behalf of Practice Growth Weekly LLC. By enrolling, you authorize Practice Growth Weekly LLC to charge your payment method on the schedule corresponding to your selected membership tier.

• Payments are due on the same date each month as the original enrollment date
• Failed payments will result in a retry attempt within 3 business days
• Access may be suspended after two consecutive failed payment attempts
• You are responsible for keeping your payment method current and valid
• All prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes unless stated

4. Refund Policy

Practice Growth Weekly LLC operates the following refund policy for Disc Renewal Academy memberships:

Monthly Memberships (Launch to Success Monthly / Scale to Elite)

• A full refund may be requested within 7 days of the initial payment if no program content has been accessed
• No refunds are issued after 7 days or after program content has been accessed
• Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle the member to a refund of amounts already paid

Annual Plan (12-Month Installment)

• A full refund may be requested within 7 days of the first payment if no program content has been accessed
• After 7 days, no refunds are issued and the full 12-month obligation remains in effect
• Cancellation of the payment method does not cancel the financial obligation — remaining installments remain legally owed
• Practice Growth Weekly LLC reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid installments through all available legal means

5. Cancellation Policy

Monthly Memberships

You may cancel your monthly membership at any time by providing written notice to [email protected] at least 30 days prior to your next billing date. Access continues through the end of the current billing period.

Annual Plan

The Annual Plan is a 12-month commitment. Cancellation requests during the 12-month term do not cancel the financial obligation. You may request to suspend access, but remaining installment payments continue to be due and payable per the agreed schedule. The subscription terminates automatically after the 12th payment — no cancellation request is required at that time.

6. Program Access and Delivery

Upon confirmed payment, members receive access to the Disc Renewal Academy program, which includes:

• Access to the private Disc Renewal Academy Skool community
• All classroom content corresponding to the enrolled membership tier
• Bi-weekly group coaching Zoom calls with Dr. JD Dudum
• All downloadable resources, scripts, SOPs, and templates
• Scale to Elite members additionally receive DecompMEDIA DFY production and Walnut Creek Intensive access

Program content and delivery schedules are subject to change at the Company's discretion. The Company will provide reasonable notice of material changes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, systems, frameworks, protocols, and intellectual property within the Disc Renewal Academy program are the exclusive property of Practice Growth Weekly LLC and Dr. JD Dudum. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use program materials for their own practice development only.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or share program materials with any third party
• You may not use program materials to create competing products or services
• Recording of group Zoom calls is prohibited without prior written consent
• Screenshots and sharing of proprietary content is prohibited

8. Disclaimer of Results

Disc Renewal Academy provides education, systems, and frameworks based on the documented results of Dr. JD Dudum's practice. Individual results will vary. Practice Growth Weekly LLC makes no guarantees of specific financial results, patient volume, lead generation, or revenue outcomes.

All case studies, statistics, and results shared within the program are illustrative of what has been achieved and are not a promise or guarantee of what any individual member will achieve. Results depend on factors including but not limited to market conditions, practice size, individual effort, and implementation.

9. Code of Conduct

Members agree to conduct themselves professionally within the Disc Renewal Academy community at all times. Practice Growth Weekly LLC reserves the right to terminate membership without refund for:

• Harassment, abusive language, or disrespectful conduct toward other members or staff
• Sharing, distributing, or reselling program content
• Misrepresentation of credentials or practice details
• Any conduct deemed harmful to the community or the Company's reputation

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Practice Growth Weekly LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Disc Renewal Academy program. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in King County, Washington, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Modifications to Terms

Practice Growth Weekly LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active members via email with a minimum of 14 days notice prior to taking effect. Continued use of the program after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Practice Growth Weekly LLC regarding your participation in the Disc Renewal Academy program and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
