Disc Renewal Academy, LLC

Effective September 8, 2026.

This is a business website for licensed chiropractors. It is not a healthcare service and we do not collect patient information. Nothing here is covered by HIPAA. If you send us anything about a specific patient, please remove identifying details first.

What we collect

Information you send us. Your name, email, phone, and details about your practice when you fill in a form or email us.
Enrollment information. What we need to set up and bill your membership. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number.
Site analytics. Pages viewed, how you arrived, approximate location, browser and device type.
Member activity. Your participation in the member community and on live calls, so we can support you and improve the program.

How we use it

To answer you and to deliver the membership you enrolled in.
To bill you and keep accurate financial records.
To send you program updates, event notices, and marketing about our own offerings. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link and we honor it.
To understand what is working on the site so we can make it better.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information.
We do not share your practice details with equipment manufacturers or device companies. Disc Renewal Academy is device-agnostic and takes no compensation from manufacturers.
We do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in an unrelated form.

We use outside services to run the business. Each one only receives what it needs to do its job, and each has its own privacy policy.

Stripe, for payment processing and billing.
Our email and website platforms, for delivery and hosting.
Our community platform, for the member group.
Analytics providers, for site measurement.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our members, or the security of the site.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses cookies for basic functionality and for analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work correctly if you do.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and enrollment information for as long as you are a member and afterward for as long as we need it for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. We keep billing records for the period required by law. You can ask us to delete information we are not required to keep.

Your choices and your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message, or by emailing us.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your state or country’s privacy law, including the right to know what we collect, the right to request deletion, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front. To make any request, email [email protected] and we will respond within the time your law allows.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This site is for licensed professionals. It is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the current version.
