Refund and Cancellation Policy

This page states plainly what happens with payments, cancellations, and refunds. It applies to every Disc Renewal Academy membership.
What you are buying
Disc Renewal Academy programs are twelve month memberships. There is no month to month option.
The price is divided into twelve monthly installments. The first is charged at enrollment and the remaining eleven are charged monthly. The monthly amount and the total for the term are shown at checkout before you pay, and you type a confirmation of the twelve payment commitment before any charge is made.
Billing stops after twelve payments
Your card is charged twelve times and then billing stops automatically. There is no automatic renewal and no thirteenth charge. If you want to continue after your term, that is a new agreement you enter into separately.
Cancellation
There is no month to month cancellation, because there is no month to month membership. Enrollment is a commitment to the full twelve month term.
You may stop participating at any time. Stopping participation does not cancel the remaining installments, and stopping payment does not end the obligation. Unpaid installments remain due.
Early exit
If you need to exit before your term ends, email [email protected] and tell us what is going on.
We may offer a one-time buyout of the remaining balance so you can close it out cleanly. A buyout is at our discretion and takes effect only when we confirm it to you in writing. Until then, the full remaining balance stays due on your original schedule.
Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. This includes the enrollment payment and every installment after it.
This is a digital program. Access to the curriculum, the downloadable materials, the live calls, and the member community is delivered immediately on enrollment and cannot be returned.
If a payment fails
We will email you and retry the card. If the balance stays unpaid we may suspend access until the account is current. Suspension does not reduce or pause what you owe.
If you think a charge is wrong
Email [email protected]. Tell us the date and the amount and we will look at it the same day.
Please come to us before you contact your card issuer. A chargeback does not end a twelve month commitment and it does not resolve faster than an email. If we made a mistake, we will fix it.
