Terms of Service

Disc Renewal Academy is operated by Disc Renewal Academy, LLC, a Washington limited liability company.

Effective September 8, 2026.

These terms govern your use of discrenewalacademy.com and your membership in Disc Renewal Academy. By using this site or enrolling in a program, you agree to them.

Who you are contracting with

Memberships beginning on or after October 1, 2026 are with Disc Renewal Academy, LLC.

Memberships that began before October 1, 2026 were entered into with Practice Growth Weekly and continue under the terms in place when you enrolled. Your billing, your term length, and your rate do not change. If you are an existing member and have a question about which entity holds your membership, email us and we will tell you.

Using this site does not create a professional relationship

Reading this site, subscribing to our list, or contacting us does not create a doctor-patient relationship, a consulting relationship, or any professional relationship. We do not treat patients. Nothing on this site is medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice.

Who this is for

Disc Renewal Academy is intended for licensed Doctors of Chiropractic and their teams. The material is written for clinicians. It is not intended for distribution to patients and it is not patient education.

What we teach, and what remains yours

We teach protocol reasoning, practice systems, and team training. We do not practice in your clinic and we do not direct your clinical decisions.

Every decision you make in your practice remains yours. You are governed by your licensing board, your scope of practice, and your own professional judgment. You are responsible for confirming that anything you learn here is lawful and appropriate in your jurisdiction before you use it.

Membership, term and payment

This section describes what you are agreeing to when you enroll. Read it before you pay.

Twelve month term

Disc Renewal Academy programs are sold as twelve month memberships. They are not month to month. There is no month to month option.

When you enroll, you commit to a full twelve month term.

Price and payment schedule

The price of the term is divided into twelve monthly installments. Your first installment is charged on the day you enroll. The remaining eleven are charged on the same day of each following month.

Current pricing:

The monthly amount and the total for the term are both shown on the checkout page before you enter payment information. Pricing may change for new enrollments. The price you agree to at checkout is the price for your full term.

What you confirm at checkout

Before any charge is made, our checkout requires you to type a confirmation that you agree to twelve payments, and it shows you the total for the term. You also accept these terms at checkout. That confirmation is your agreement to the twelve month commitment described here.

Billing stops after the twelfth payment

Your card is charged twelve times. Billing stops automatically after the twelfth payment. There is no thirteenth charge and your membership does not renew on its own.

We will contact you before your term ends if we are offering a way to continue. Continuing is a new agreement that you would enter into separately.

The commitment is for the full term

Enrollment creates an obligation for the full twelve months. The monthly installment is a payment schedule. It is not a rolling subscription you can stop at will.

Stopping participation does not cancel the remaining installments. Stopping payment does not end the obligation. Unpaid installments remain due and may be referred for collection.

If a payment fails

If a payment does not go through, we will email you and retry the card. If the balance stays unpaid, we may suspend access to the community, the live calls, and the member materials until the account is current. Suspension does not reduce or pause what you owe.

If you need to step away

Contact us at [email protected] and tell us what is going on. We would rather have the conversation than lose you quietly.

If you need to exit before the end of your term, we may offer a one-time buyout of the remaining balance. A buyout is at our discretion and it is only effective once we confirm it to you in writing. Until that happens, the full remaining balance stays due under your original schedule.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. This includes your enrollment payment and every installment after it. Our full policy is at our refund and cancellation policy.

Before you contact your card issuer

If something about a charge looks wrong to you, email us first at [email protected]. Most billing questions are settled the same day.

A chargeback does not end a twelve month commitment. Filing one costs both of us time that an email solves faster, and the balance remains due either way.

What your membership includes

Your membership gives you access, for the length of your term, to the curriculum, the downloadable materials, the live group calls, and the private member community, at the level you enrolled in.

We may add to, update, or reorganize the material during your term. We may change the schedule or format of live calls. What we will not do is reduce your access below what your level provides.

Your access is for you and your practice team. It is not transferable, and login credentials may not be shared outside your practice.

Using the site and the material

You may read, print, and use the material for your own practice and with your own team.

You may not republish it, resell it, teach it as your own program, post it in another community, or use it to build a competing offering. You may not scrape the site, attempt to access areas you have not paid for, or use the site for anything unlawful.

We may suspend or end access, without refund, if these rules are broken.

Intellectual property

The content, curriculum, frameworks, recordings, and materials on this site belong to Disc Renewal Academy, LLC or are used with permission. Disc Renewal Therapy is our trademark.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of anything to you. Your membership is a license to use the material as described above, for the length of your term.

This site links to journals, platforms, and other outside resources. We do not control them and linking to them is not an endorsement.

We use outside services to run the business, including Stripe for payments and a community platform for the member group. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms.

Availability and liability

This site and the membership are provided as-is. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, and we do not guarantee any particular result in your practice. See our earnings disclaimer.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Disc Renewal Academy, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the membership. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply going forward. They do not change the price, term length, or payment schedule of a membership already in progress.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Washington, and you agree to that venue.
